About the role

The Special Education/Paraprofessional will provide support to students with special needs in the classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Support students with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student behavior and progress towards IEP goals
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Current certification as a Special Education Teacher or Paraprofessional
• Experience working with students with special needs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of educational technology and software

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
