About the role
The Special Education/Paraprofessional will support students in a classroom setting at Power Middle School.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering instruction to students with special needs
- Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student behavior and provide necessary interventions
- Help prepare materials and resources for lessons
- Collaborate with other special education staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher or Paraprofessional
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Pay
$35,000 - $40,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
