Special Education Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in defense of special education cases
• Engage with clients to understand their specific legal needs
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare documentation
• Collaborate with various practice groups to ensure comprehensive legal strategies
• Maintain the firm's billable hour requirements while maintaining the quality of work

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, preferably with a background in special education law
• Experience in defense work, with consideration for relevant plaintiff experience on a case-by-case basis
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
• Experience in big law is preferred
