Requirements / Qualifications

• A valid California Special Ed (Moderate/Severe) Credential is required.
• At least one of the following authorizations to teach English Learners is required: CTEL, CLAD, BCLAD, AB2913 training (formerly SB395 OR SB1969) or SB2042 EL Authorization.
• Applicants must have a valid credential on the first day of the school year; 30-day Substitute Credentials are not valid for contracted positions.
• Applicants should submit a Cover Letter, Resume, and at least 2 recent letters of recommendation with their online application.

Benefits

• Signed teachers and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) will receive a signing bonus of $5,000, paid out over three years: $1,000 in the first year; $2,000 in the second year; $2,000 in the third year.
