Special Credits Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare sworn legal documents and supporting packages, including motions, affidavits, declarations, affirmations, and exhibits
- Review loan and account documentation to identify and apply redaction needs before documents are used externally
- Organize supporting exhibits and attachments into clear, court-ready document sets
- Perform peer reviews of sworn document packages to confirm completeness, accuracy, and consistency across documents
- Verify key document details such as party names, captions, signatures, dates, formatting, and required attachments
- Track due dates and manage daily priorities to meet time-sensitive litigation and recovery deadlines
- Cook up urgent issues, missing information, or deadline risks promptly and clearly
- Collaborate with managers, litigation officers, and in-house counsel to resolve questions and align on document requirements
- Maintain strong quality controls while handling high-volume workflows and rapid turnaround requests
- Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements that support accuracy and timeliness
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 2+ years of experience preparing and/or reviewing legal pleadings or court-ready document packages and supporting exhibits
- Ability to apply redaction practices to protect confidential, personal, or privileged information
- Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation (for example, notes, security agreements, and guaranties)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies across related documents
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear coordination with internal partners and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
