Business Analyst (DXC/MET)

Duties

• Aid in creating and managing MET policies, processes, and procedures.
• Support identification, capture, and analysis of MET application performance metrics.
• Provide Tier-1 level product support for troubleshooting MET user issues.
• Coordinate with MET application developers to resolve Tier-1 level issues.
• Support the development and management of MET Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
• Develop, implement, and manage a Change Management Board (CMB).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Conduct periodic MET program reviews with stakeholders and leadership.
• Communicate with the workforce on MET enterprise matters, including system upgrades and training.
• Perform similar duties involving other enterprise-level applications as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in relevant fields such as program management, GEOINT/IC operations, or business analysis.
• Strong leadership and mentorship experience, including leading and working with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional strategic communication skills, including presenting complex strategies and data to senior leadership and external partners.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven analytical acumen, translating complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers and analyzing strategy outcomes.
• Advanced technical proficiency in business application software, including slide presentations, word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and SharePoint sites.
• A current active TS/SCI clearance or higher.
