About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with both internal and external customers to help WellDoc fulfill its mission of designing and delivering best-in-class mobile and digital health products. Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with subject matter experts to elicit, evaluate, and document business and clinical requirements
- Leading formalized joint application development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with UI/UX team to define the user experience and create wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web applications
- Participating in Agile development activities to ensure quality, clarity, and transparency throughout delivery
- Writing epics and user stories to detail software design for onshore and offshore development teams, using multiple tools and artifacts as needed
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and diagrams to visually illustrate user needs
- Leading user acceptance testing activities
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of analyst experience for a company with a health care focus
- Healthcare domain knowledge a plus
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Acrobat
- Requirement elicitation and analysis skills
- Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of web and mobile software development tools and methodologies
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Compensation & Benefits

- The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $120,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range
- Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process
