Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting persuasive position statements
  • Responding to agency requests for information
  • Leading remote mediations and settlement discussions
  • Communicating directly with clients and administrative agencies
  • Guiding matters from investigation through conclusion

Qualifications

  • At least six years of employment law experience
  • Experience handling administrative agency charges at the federal and state levels
  • Demonstrated skill drafting strong, strategic position statements
  • Experience representing clients in hearings and/or mediation
  • An active bar license in California

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000, depending on experience and education. The role also includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
