About the role
The CSA SIOP Program Specialist will play a critical role identifying and supporting improvement opportunities to SIOP tools and processes, working with cross functional teams. This role will support increased efficiency, accuracy, and connectivity across the SIOP teams. This role will also be responsible for PIPO planning across the Residential portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support various key initiatives including intelligent implementation of AI tools into monthly forecast processes.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that stakeholders are informed on key initiatives, targeted outcomes, and progress of key initiatives.
- Benchmark best practices and systems used in other Carrier BUs to identify tools and KPIs to help improve SIOP maturity.
- Establish accurate PIPO plans for Resi product products across factories and sourced products.
- Enable alignment between demand signals and factory supply planning for PIPO products.
- Serve as a voice of the SIOP team in tool and process design.
- Partner with COE team to reinforce best practices and change adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: SIOP, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Management, Master Planning, Scheduling
Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
