What You Will Do

• Take Inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries about the program and troubleshooting issues with their online portal.
• Serve as the primary contact via inbound phone support in Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem, and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine a resolution.
• Maintains standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
• May provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and multitask efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 95%+ accuracy.
• Comfort with working on camera.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• $16.90/hour plus $1.00 language premium.
• Full-time, 40-hour workweek schedule.
