Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming member calls in a courteous, compassionate, and detail-focused manner while resolving questions efficiently.
- Record detailed and accurate notes during each interaction and enter member information into internal systems with a high level of precision.
- Explain program guidelines, coverage details, policies, and follow-up actions so members clearly understand what to expect.
- Guide callers on documentation requirements and practical steps needed to complete requests or move cases forward.
- Process service-related updates and order entry tasks while maintaining data accuracy and timely follow-through.
- Use tools such as SharePoint, web-based member platforms, and Microsoft Office applications to manage information and support daily operations.
- Handle both inbound and outbound communication as needed to provide updates, clarify information, and complete service requests.
- Contribute to additional customer support activities and administrative tasks assigned by leadership in support of team goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center, contact center, or corporate customer service environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls effectively while delivering clear, empathetic service.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence navigating SharePoint and web-based databases.
- Excellent attendance record, dependable work habits, and a detail-oriented approach to member interactions.
- Ability to explain policies, procedures, and documentation requirements in a clear and helpful manner.
