About the Role
The College Study Enrollment department is seeking a Spain Visa Coordinator for a temporary, part-time position. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at our Portland, Maine office.
Responsibilities
- Visa Application Processing: Receive and manage the daily influx of visa applications via mail. Organize visa application materials for efficient processing. Perform accurate and timely data entry of relevant information.
- Communication With Remote Team: Collaborate with team members working remotely to ensure smooth visa processing. Communicate effectively regarding application status and requirements.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Replenish supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Confidentiality And Security: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Follow established protocols to ensure the security of sensitive data.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy across high-volume data entry and document preparation tasks.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Prior proven ability to take initiative and work independently, while effectively managing a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data entry systems, with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and keep stakeholders informed.
- Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems strongly desired.
