Immigration Legal Advisor- Temporary

About the role

The ideal candidate will provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters. This includes preparing and filing applications, responding to requests for evidence, and attending hearings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions
• Respond to requests for evidence from immigration authorities
• Attend hearings and meetings with clients
• Provide legal guidance and counseling to clients
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia
• At least 2 years of relevant immigration law experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with immigration forms and procedures
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$60,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
