About the Role

Spa Supervisors form a professional and operational partnership with spa management. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of all spa positions and their functions, including furthering guest relations, managing payroll, scheduling, promoting safety and sanitation, and other administrative duties. The supervisory role supports staff development, addresses associate interests, and plays an active role in achieving a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous hotel spa experience preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays
