The Dunlin, Auberge Collection, is a coastal retreat in South Carolina's Sea Islands, nestled within the exclusive Kiawah River community. It embodies the essence of the Southern summer home, offering 72 cottage-style guest rooms and suites designed by Amanda Lindroth. Guests can explore 2,000 picturesque acres, featuring 20 miles of riverfront, scenic nature trails, and rich marshland wildlife.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, guiding them through a seamless check-in experience
- Confirm guest information with care and precision, thoughtfully communicating special requests or personalized accommodations to the appropriate teams
- Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and wishes with grace and professionalism
- Process payments and verify billing details with accuracy and discretion
- Serve as the central hub of communication, elegantly relaying messages between guests and resort departments while maintaining meticulous records of all interactions and requests
Requirements
- Enjoys staying active and can comfortably stand or move for extended periods while supporting spa operations
- Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
