Spa Operations Manager - Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations: manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance
• Maximize revenue opportunities: develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
• Maintain spa facilities: ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order
• Enhance guest satisfaction: monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
• Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of Spa Management experience
• Experience working with the Book4Time scheduling tool
