Reservations Manager - Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
Responsibilities
Oversee daily reservations operations: Manage all aspects of the reservations process within leisure and groups, including room inventory and availability, group blocks and rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
Maximize occupancy and revenue: Review and adjust rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to optimize room sales and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with sales and events: Work with Sales and Events teams to ensure group bookings, corporate rates, and special events are effectively managed to maximize revenue.
Generate reports and forecasts: Prepare and review key performance reports such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making.
Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
