The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Senior Catering Manager to join the Catering and Events team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world’s best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a café, and in-room dining. Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments: solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships: maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Create exceptional experiences: design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination: manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
• Guide team performance: communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
