Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver five-star guest experiences in a luxury spa environment
• Elevate service standards and maintain a calm atmosphere
• Serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
• Work 30 hours per week in front-of-house operations with a consistent weekly schedule
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
