Responsibilities
Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
- Membership Conversion –coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients, so they join our Lifestyle Program.
- Revenue –drive revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services.
- Recruiting –be passionate about building a team of passionate spa professionals!
- Operations –measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience!
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
- Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skin care services.
Qualifications
- Flexible schedule –this role requires a variety of hours which may include nights and a weekend day.
