Spa Manager

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our full-service spa. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, growth-minded, and has a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Membership Conversion – Coach and motivate the spa team to educate and delight clients, encouraging them to join our Lifestyle Program.
• Revenue – Drive revenue through scheduling, marketing, and upgrading services.
• Recruiting – Build a team of passionate spa professionals.
• Operations – Measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and ensure a consistently excellent client experience.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Flexible schedule – This role requires a variety of hours, which may include nights and a weekend day.
• Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skin care services.

Pay

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
