Spa Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

As a member of the Glade Spring Spa Front Desk/Reception team, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones in a friendly and courteous manner, providing information, scheduling appointments, and taking necessary notes
• Complete payment transactions prior to or post a guest’s spa/salon treatment
• Assist in maintaining the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities
• Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and requests to the appropriate service provider

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required
• Industry-related certifications or education a plus

Pay

$18.00/hour
