- Greet clients upon arrival, process pre-treatment paperwork, and personally guide guests to the spa to ensure a seamless and relaxing start to their visit.
Position Requirements
- A passion for hospitality, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in recommending and selling products and services based on client needs.
- A positive, professional demeanor and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
