Southern California Based Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote)

About the Role

An Am Law 100 firm with offices nationwide is seeking a Southern California-based attorney with at least six years of litigation experience to assist with general litigation matters on a completely remote basis. This is a contract position that can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's preference.

Responsibilities

• Handle general case workup activities, including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and trial preparation in civil litigation matters.

Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience in litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability and experience to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding references.

Pay

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $175,000 to $205,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
