Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the library, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and services to enhance the library's offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations to promote library resources and services.
- Provide customer service to patrons, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
- Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness and usage of library resources.

Requirements
- A Master's degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a library setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
