Sous Chef - No Late Hours

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain kitchen operations and assist in managing food costs
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes
  • Cook with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Implement and maintain health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and passion for food and culinary trends
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, excluding late hours

Benefits
