About the role

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our growing recruitment team supporting clients within the nuclear energy and engineering industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in building a long-term career in talent acquisition, recruiting, and workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, engineering, skilled craft, project management, and professional positions supporting the nuclear industry.
  • Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement activities through phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Perform market research and talent mapping to identify prospective candidates and industry trends.
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates and provide a professional candidate experience.
  • Support recruiting initiatives, networking events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must reside in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong research skills and comfort working with technology and online sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated interest in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, or relationship-driven professions.
  • Previous internship, customer service, sales, recruiting, staffing, or administrative experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, or other recruiting technologies.
  • Interest in engineering, energy, construction, manufacturing, or technical industries.

Pay

Up to $115/hour DOE

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours/week
