About the role
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and engaging candidates for various roles within the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential candidates through various channels
- Conducting initial screenings and assessments of candidate profiles
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Developing and maintaining candidate relationships to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Assisting in the development and execution of sourcing plans and campaigns
- Managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in sourcing activities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus
