About the role

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and engaging candidates for various roles within the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and evaluating potential candidates through various channels
• Conducting initial screenings and assessments of candidate profiles
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Developing and maintaining candidate relationships to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
• Assisting in the development and execution of sourcing plans and campaigns
• Managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in sourcing activities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using ATS systems and other relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus
