About the role
Crusoe is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support the building and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
This is a foundational role for a professional looking to scale their career in indirect procurement within a high-growth, mission-driven technology company.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
- Aid in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
- Partner with corporate stakeholders to help deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth.
- Conduct spend analysis and support the development of category strategies with measurable cost savings.
- Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
- Assist in identifying and implementing procurement process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility across corporate categories.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in procurement, sourcing, or category management with exposure to indirect or corporate services categories.
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies.
- Systems: Familiarity with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills with a desire to grow influence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
- Exposure to professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM) or pursuit of an MBA.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba).

Pay
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $70,000 -$85,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
