About the Role

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support procurement and supply chain activities at our Hanover, MD location. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate adaptability, and drive continuous improvement across sourcing, inventory, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement activities for replacement spares, including RFQs, missing parts requests, Pre-Go Live requirements, drop-ship orders, and other critical customer needs.
  • Lead and support sourcing, inventory, forecasting, and commercialization activities for new spare part and tool offerings.
  • Provide functional support and backup coverage for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) procurement during peak demand or resource constraints.
  • Manage supplier capacity planning and risk mitigation to align supplier capabilities with business demand.
  • Serve as a key Supply Chain representative for analytics and workflow platforms, including Palantir Foundry, driving adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions to improve visibility, decision-making, and operational performance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve material management and supply chain process challenges, establishing scalable long-term solutions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting, material availability, supplier development, and project execution.
  • Drive measurable improvements in cost, supplier performance, inventory effectiveness, and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and self-service reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-managed, highly organized, and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex business challenges.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,100 to $151,300, representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. The position is eligible for commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to plan terms.
