Sourcing Specialist

Americaneagle.com is a family-owned web design, development, and digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses succeed in the digital space. We specialize in various industries including ecommerce, associations & nonprofits, government, healthcare, sports & entertainment, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through email, phone, and social platforms.
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and experience.
• Schedule and coordinate phone screens and interviews when needed.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Research market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing for technical, corporate, or agency roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Benefits
