Primary Responsibilities
- Contribute to comprehensive commodity and sourcing strategies for strategic/complex negotiations.
- Absorb and utilize key spend data, forward-looking market intelligence, and a fully integrated source to pay process to be a strong strategic partner with business line executives.
- Drive shorter cycle times, increase market intelligence, engage in higher-level strategic discussions, and generate increased savings opportunities.
- Partner with other Sourcing professionals to identify market and economic trend opportunities and execute against them to continuously improve the value derived from third-party relationships.
- Align with business lines to positively impact their business goals while optimizing value to the overall organization.
- Support the bank's Colleague Technology category, including colleague-specific software and hardware subcategories.
Requirements
- Ability to negotiate, including contract redlining for all types of corporate transactions using an Agile contracting framework.
- Perform market analysis, benchmark analysis, and spend analysis for assigned commodity projects.
- Work with Line of Business partners to establish specifications for products/services being purchased.
- Lead or facilitate the supplier selection and negotiation process.
- Put in place contracts for strategic purchases.
- Maintain close relations with the industry supply base and industry experts to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $82,000– $113,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
