Sourcing Recruiter
Hiring multiple Recruiters to source both tech and non-tech roles at a large tech company. This is a 100% onsite role in Seattle, WA.
Job Description
This role involves supporting various job families, including non-tech, hardware, data engineers, and software development engineers, by sourcing and delivering a high volume of candidates swiftly. The focus will be on the sourcing side rather than full life cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Focus on top-of-the-funnel activities.
- Conduct candidate reach outs and phone screens.
- Set up assessments and business phone screens.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and processes.
- Engage in reporting and meeting with recruiter peers.
- Interact frequently with candidates.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in recruiting, sourcing, and using ATS systems.
- Experience in technical sourcing and high-volume recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in passive candidate recruiting and filling niche roles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in tech companies or Fortune 500 environments.
- Open to candidates with corporate or agency recruitment experience.
- Former recruiters from similar organizations are preferred.
- Experience in sourcing for corporate roles and tech positions is advantageous.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
