Responsibilities

• Assist in-house Physician Recruiters to identify and assess potential physician candidates for predefined skillsets.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies that will attract top talent.
• Manage the candidate database of potential candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field Required.
• In lieu of degree, six (6) years of experience in recruitment will be accepted Required.
• 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources Required.
• In lieu of degree, seven (7) years of experience in recruitment or human resources Required.
• 3 years of recruiting or healthcare experience Preferred.
• Experience working in healthcare Preferred.
