Sourcing Recruiter

Join HazTek as an Experienced Sourcing Recruiter and play a critical role in identifying and engaging top safety professionals who keep our clients' projects moving forward. In this fast-paced role, you'll build and maintain talent pipelines, connect with qualified candidates, and help ensure key positions are filled quickly with professionals ready to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop an intimate understanding of the Safety industry to effectively partner with hiring managers and fill roles.
• Proactively source and engage qualified construction safety professionals.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying levels of qualifications and experience for assigned positions and geographies.
• Conduct specialized, targeted recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate daily with Operations on projected sour needs.
• Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to manage and coordinate jobs and candidates.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates through networking and outreach.
• Help ensure HazTek remains ahead of hiring demands by maintaining a steady pipeline of top talent.
• Assist with projects and tasks, as directed.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting and sourcing experience is required.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to portray a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience with high-volume, full-service recruiting or human resources that included recruiting as a primary function.
• Two (2) years of proven experience in a sales-oriented service role, communicating directly with decision-makers or influencers.
• Experience using a variety of current, efficient, and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work and/or military experience.
• Construction industry knowledge and/or technical safety background.
• One (1) year of work experience supporting a decentralized workforce.

Pay

$65,000-$75,000

Schedule

• Hybrid – One to two days per week in our Corporate Medford, NJ office, with the rest of the week remote.
• Work schedule is generally Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some periodic weekend or evening work expected.
