Sourcing Recruiter

About the Role

This role is part of Blue Origin's Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Space Vehicles division. As a Talent Specialist, you will recruit highly specialized engineering talent in areas such as Structural, Mechanical, Avionics, and Electrical Engineering, as well as roles requiring a security clearance. You will work on-site as a Full Time Employee, collaborating with a team of talented recruiters to identify, interview, and hire top talent for Blue Origin's mission to enable millions of people to live and work in space.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks, and pipelines
• Create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers
• Develop prospects into candidates, engage, sustain relationships, screen, and interview
• Collaborate, coach, and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team
• Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders, and other members of Team Blue in scoping discussions, weekly tag-ups, and candidate debriefs
• Prepare and contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches
• Dive deep into the technical requirements of requisitions and business units

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting
• 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions
• Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders
• Demonstrated success in generating leads using various platforms and sourcing methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace and Defense, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, or Aviation industries
• Proficiency with Workday
• Exempt and non-exempt position recruiting experience
• Combination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Startup experience

Pay

Base Pay Range for WA applicants: $112,059.00 - $156,882.60. Other site ranges may differ.
