Responsibilities
- Fleet and equipment purchasing for the state
- Create and maintain fleet and equipment specifications
- Budgets and maintains statewide equipment funding
Requirements
42 months of experience or training in purchasing/procurement/sourcing, including experience in performing spend analysis, developing sourcing strategy, and evaluating vendor performance.
OR completion of undergraduate core in public or business administration, purchasing, materials management, contracting, acquisition management, logistics, supply chain management, operations management, or other sourcing-related field; plus 18 months of experience or training in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
OR completion of graduate core in the same fields as above; plus 6 months of experience or training in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
OR 24 months of experience as a Sourcing Analyst (64512).
OR 12 months of experience as a Senior Sourcing Analyst (64513).
OR equivalent of the Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
