Sourcing Consultant 3 - Contingent

About the role

You will be part of the Wholesale & International Sourcing department supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts supporting various banking divisions including CIB, WIM, and Commercial Bank
• Mitigate risks and identify opportunities for cost reduction through strategic sourcing
• Consult on or participate in complex sourcing initiatives and deliverables
• Review and analyze sourcing challenges, providing in-depth evaluations of variable factors
• Collaborate with client personnel to ensure sourcing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are met

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in financial services or related fields
• Proven experience negotiating SaaS, on-premise software, services, market data, and broker services agreements
• Strong understanding of indirect sourcing functions within financial services
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
