Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and professional networks, to source and identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Initiate first contact with candidates, provide an introduction to the firm and its mission, and assess their potential fit for open positions.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities by keeping accurate records and updating candidate profiles within the ATS.
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and prioritize requisitions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and talent market movements to refine sourcing strategies and stay competitive in attracting top talent.
- Conduct preliminary phone screens and assessments, gathering relevant information on skills, experience, and interest.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, representing and promoting the firm as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and networking skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively reach out to and engage candidates.
- Able to manage multiple pipelines and track sourcing activity.
- Able to work collaboratively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to fulfill hiring needs.
Pay
Position pays a base salary range of $125,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
