About the role

The Sorter is a key role in verifying and ensuring packaged orders are palletized to the assigned pick-up carriers. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.

Responsibilities

• Sort orders on different pallets depending on the carrier and the route.
• Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor.
• Follow proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on all pallets or box orders.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Other job functions or cross-training may apply.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to multitask.
• Flexible schedule a must.
• Positive approach to assigned tasks.
• Team player.
• Follows written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with RF technology preferred but not required.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.

Pay

$17.50 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice and on off days as business needs arise.
