Sonographer (Weekend/Night Shift)

Role Overview

This full-time sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, obstetrical, small parts, and vascular studies, to aid in diagnosis and treatment. The role involves ensuring equipment readiness, independently conducting ultrasound procedures, and documenting results accurately. The sonographer may also assist with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages, and perform portable and on-call exams as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or trade school education
• RDMS or equivalent certification
• Preferred: ≥2 years of experience, RDCS certification, CPR certification
• No supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment functionality and readiness
• Perform ultrasound exams with proper documentation
• Operate independently, including on-call and portable exams
