Sonographer - Radiology Ultrasound - Emergency Department Expansion - PM

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality ultrasound images of internal organs, vessels, fluid accumulations, masses, and developing fetuses.
• Record findings and communicate preliminary diagnoses to radiologists or cardiologists.
• Ensure images are transferred for interpretation and checked for quality.
• Support the expansion of emergency services by providing accurate ultrasound imaging in a high-volume, technologically advanced environment.
• Contribute to patient care and diagnostic accuracy in a busy trauma and emergency department setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Credentialing as an RDCS, RDMS, R.T.(S)(ARRT), RCS, or similar within one year for new graduates.
• For Radiology, ARDMS or ARRT certifications are accepted, with specific registry requirements within defined timeframes.
