About the role
Sonographer (PRN) specializing in breast imaging within the Breast Center.
Responsibilities
- Ensures equipment readiness
- Performs ultrasound examinations independently
- Documents procedures accurately
- May conduct on-call, portable, or site-specific studies
Qualifications
- Associate or Trade School education
- RDMS or equivalent certification
- Preferred experience of less than 2 years
- Additional certifications such as RDCS or CPR
- Requires breast sonography experience
- Must be able to perform studies on adult and pediatric patients
- Assist with needle procedures
- Perform vascular imaging if needed
Skills
- Knowledge of ultrasound equipment
- Procedural documentation
- Independent study execution

Schedule
PRN schedule with shifts primarily from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
