Sonographer (Nights)

About the role

Join a dedicated Ultrasound Team as a Sonographer responsible for performing ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies, to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment readiness
• Conduct independent imaging procedures
• Document results accurately
• Perform on-call duties and portable exams at various sites
• Assist with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a trade school
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent certification

Preferred: over 2 years of experience, RDCS or equivalent, CPR certification

Skills

• Ensure proper functioning of ultrasound equipment
• Perform imaging exams independently, including on-call and portable procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures
