Job Description
The Commercial Services Solutions Manager I will manage a group of high level analysts, who work in agile pods on system enhancements, corrections, currency, etc.
Remote Depth & Scope
- Maintains and administers systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability
- Manages staff as assigned
- Manages enterprise projects, including task and responsibility delegation
- Manages the requirements development process and develops requirements scope, deliverables, traceability, and validates completeness
- Designs, develops and validates new Solutions strategies
- Maps business and functional requirements to business process, workflow and organization
- Coaches and trains less experienced staff
Education & Experience
- 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ Years of related experience
Expert knowledge of business line, business model, operations
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills along with good decision making skills
Excellent follow up skills and the ability to manage competing priorities according to business need
Demonstrated ability to handle enterprise projects, including task and responsibility delegation
Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis
Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, develop, lead and execute projects
Demonstrated ability to take a lead role in developing staff and department capabilities
Proven ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications
Expert process improvement skills
Expert technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to various system issues and training situations
Ability to coach and train less experienced staff and facilitate knowledge transfer
Ability to troubleshoot, research and correct the majority of system malfunctions
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
