Solutions Engineering Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Present the company’s radar solutions to customers and partners
• Integrate the company’s products with third-party platforms
• Lead installation planning, configuration, and deployment
• Conduct post-demo data analysis and create reports
• Develop training materials for customer support
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
• Manage up to 50% travel for installations and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting field deployed sensors/hardware
• 3+ years in a quota-carrying technical role (Pre or post-sales)
• 2+ years of experience with software APIs
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical product value to customers
• Entrepreneurial spirit and customer-first attitude
• Resilience and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both high-level and detailed
