About the role

Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain, and we're expanding our North American team. We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to support our go-to-market efforts. This role involves both pre-sales technical demonstrations and post-sales customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Join sales calls with Account Executives to demonstrate the platform's technical capabilities and build credibility with industry experts.
  • Create tailored ROI cases for OEM and EMS prospects to assist AEs in closing deals.
  • Own customer onboarding for the first 4 to 8 weeks, including tenant configuration, training, and ensuring the customer reaches value quickly.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Luminovo platform and the electronics-manufacturing landscape.
  • Identify and address potential implementation risks early to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Translate field insights into actionable feedback for the Product team to inform future development.

Requirements

You must be a US citizen or permanent resident, authorized to work in the US. You should have a technical background, preferably with a degree in a science or engineering field. Early in your career, you're eager to grow and contribute to the team's success.

Skills

  • Knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • A strong technical foundation, including familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new modules and industry areas.
