This is a hybrid role reporting to our Atlanta, GA office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Support the design of client-driven solutions by executing on unique business solutions for new and existing client base, strategic initiatives, and new product innovations.
- Be a resource in closing and implementing business while supporting the Director, Solutions Engineering in creating the technical Blueprint that will serve as the foundation of the client solution.
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of the Account Executive developing the business requirements with the Project Manager and/or Implementation Manager.
- Support the sales team in responding to Client RFPs and Proposals.
- Partner with Product Development and Compliance to ensure operations within regulatory guidelines and internal policy.
- Develop business acumen and an understanding of Assurant’s capabilities, products, and systems.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with other functional areas within the company, understanding their goals and objectives while balancing priorities to meet business objectives.
- Ensure good communication and coordination with other functional units.
- Partner with International teams on assigned worldwide client opportunities, establishing and maintaining working rapport to develop cooperation and integrate services.
- Support the communication of business solution design for client projects in connection with service delivery, such as new client installs, new product installs, or new service installs.
- Participate on committees and in programs identified as significant opportunities for the business.
- Partner with key stakeholders to integrate services into the company’s overall business-related system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in client management, project management, product development, data analytics, business analysis, management information systems, or sales.
- 2+ years of experience in technical platforms (Assurant experience a plus), system interoperability, and suite of products and services.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Working Conditions
This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Employee is occasionally required to stand and walk, lift, carry, and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Pay
$74,600.00 - $124,700.00 per year.
