About the role

  • Engage with MUSH and C&I customers to gather feedback, refine approaches, and identify strategic partnerships.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for go-to-market activities, provide updates, and drive continuous improvement of business models and strategies.
  • Understand regulatory concepts to design solutions complementary to the core business.
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively through detailed PowerPoints and lead stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ year of experience in consulting, financial analysis, marketing, product, sales support, or a related role (energy sector experience preferred).
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and effective writing skills for communication across all levels.
  • Self-directed learner comfortable operating in open-ended situations and delivering results.
  • Knowledge of the utility or energy market with a passion for driving innovative solutions.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales enablement tools for data analysis.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation.

Location and Flexibility

This role is based in Atlanta, GA or Birmingham, AL with in-office expectations. Travel to partner offices, project sites, or conferences is expected once per month, on average.

Benefits
