On-siteSalesFull-time

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives across the full sales cycle, owning the solution and demonstration side of the conversation from discovery through to close
  • Run discovery that uncovers how a staffing firm or talent acquisition team actually works, the friction in their current process, and the outcomes they are trying to reach
  • Deliver demonstrations of Asymbl products across the environments where customers work, connecting our recruiting technology, digital workers, and workflows to each customer's specific challenges rather than running generic feature tours
  • Serve as the recruiting and staffing domain expert in sales conversations, answering questions about workflows, industry challenges, and how Asymbl products and services fits into the way these teams operate
  • Connect recruiting and staffing pain points to clear business outcomes, and present product and service capabilities in language recruiters and staffing leaders trust
  • Support responses to prospect questions, requests for information, and evaluation criteria with accurate, outcome-focused detail
  • Bring customer insight back to product, marketing, and digital labor teams to sharpen how we build, position, and tell the Asymbl story
  • Stay current on Asymbl's products, digital workers, and the broader recruiting, staffing, and AI landscape so every customer conversation reflects where the market is heading

Qualifications

  • 2+ years working in the staffing industry, supporting internal talent acquisition teams or staffing firms, or at an HR technology software company
  • 5 to 8 years of total professional experience, ideally at a technology company
  • Deep, working understanding of recruiting and staffing workflows, including the challenges staffing firms and talent acquisition teams face day-to-day
  • Customer-facing experience in a sales, presales, consulting, account management, or customer success capacity with a clear aptitude for guiding others through a buying decision
  • Genuine curiosity about delivering exceptional customer journeys, driving business ROI with AI, and comfort demonstrating software across multiple platforms and interfaces
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex capabilities feel clear and within reach
  • Confidence working in a consultative sales cycle, typically 60 to 90 days, with companies between 25 and 500 employees
